The Return of Prince of Laterigrade 

In the novel of the Dream of the Red Chamber, the heroine Jade Lin address famous hairy crab as the Prince of Laterigrade. The etiquette of having hairy crab is a virtue and is an art for Zhejiangese. We Cantonese folks will not allow them to pre-empt this glory. We proudly present our annual vertical, horizontal and diagonal testing of crabs of different species with different countries’ cuisine, paired with pure and natural fine wine.
