Time for White Truffle!

Tina Cellar and neighborhood restaurant would like to bring you a brand new dining experience with the white truffle. On top of the usual David’s style of value for money dining that allows you to buy your whole white truffle at cost and shave it at the spot yourself, we bring you a very rare Piedmont red that is pretty new to the HK wine and dine world.

Ruche Monferrato Castaglone is a newly upgraded DOCG that few wine lovers know. The label Ruche Laccento of producer Montalbera wins full score of 99 by Luca Maroni, one of the most powerful wine critics of Italian wine. Production is very tiny of less than 30,000 bottles a year. We feature 2 vintages with full score , the 2011 and 2012 that very few bottles are left in the world.

Ruche Monferrato Castagnole是新近升級為DOCG 產區。Montalbera 酒莊的Ruche Laccento 贏得權威意大利酒評人Luca Maroni 打滿分99分。年産量不足30000瓶。今次展示兩個滿分年份：2011 及2012 世上所餘無幾。
