上星期天有酒友捧場在漁村享受海草宴，席間談起布根地紅酒，大家都感嘆價錢高不可攀。買便宜貨就得趁嫩齡。

我蠻喜歡薩維依布夢區的紅酒（廣拼：耍娃依脷崩）。落落大方、櫻桃栗子，十分親近可人。
剛巧遇到一批芳華正茂的好酒兼且是列級莊園的佳釀；狀態十分良好，不想等的酒友別走寶了！
Domaine le Moulin aux Moines 歷史悠久 ，是注册有機種植莊園。作風平實取價公道。1985和1990都是好年份。尤其是1985, 1990，Cote de Beaune 的表現尤其出色。
Back Vintage Red Burgundy
Last week a group of wine fans discussed about the price of red Burgundy while enjoying the seaweed feast at the Genuine Lamma Hilton. We all agreed that price was no longer friendly. And the solution is to buy young.
Money to buy time and time to exchange space is the loam that all smart Hong Kongers practice well. For those red Burgundy fans who do not want to wait for a long time, it is now time to replenish.
I personally quite like the red wine from Savigny Les Beaunes, it is generous with reminiscent of cherry and chestnut , very lovable and pleasant.
I just happened to come across a batch of back vintage premier cru and it is at its prime. Condition is very good and wine fans should not miss it .
With long history, Domaine le Moulin aux Moines is officially registered organic farming with reliable quality and reasonable price. Vintages of 1985 and 1990 are exceptional.
