曾經有品酒師這樣評價我網店收錄的酒：名不經傳不易推！我鬆鬆膊但笑不語。
我本著一個神聖使命來開設這小店，就是老老實實告訴飲家，古方天然酒是何等可喜可愛可口又不傷身。在香港消費者數口精的重大壓力下，我必須做個酒人星探，發掘那些極具潛力的明日之星，趁便宜入貨。有一朝新星揚名立萬，說不定還可以刀仔鋸大樹有所斬獲。
Domaine Mee Godard就是好例子。鐡粉們2014年已聽過我介紹，不再贅述。可以參考下列連結。2013年出道至今，至今出窖2018年份，短短五年間已成為搶手貨。有麝自然香，酒壇巨擘Jancis Robinson早在她2013的收成17/20對新人的處女作是何等的鼓舞；果然不辱Lafon, Chanson，及Andre Corton師門！
如今她多了一個匿稱：紅酒大長今！她的堅毅與信念絕不亞於大長今。

Once a sommelier made such remarks on my product portfolio: Nameless and difficult to push. I shrugged and smiled.
My sacred mission of running this humble eShop is to tell wine lovers the truth of how pleasant, delicious, value for money and healthy the biodynamic wine can be. Under the pressure of demanding clients, I have to work like a star detective to dig out potential tomorrow’s star wine maker and purchase while their wine is value for money. Someday if they gain fame and fortune, their wine will turn to good investment with high yield.
Domaine Mee Godard is a good example. I wrote about her many times and my die hard fans know her. Please click the below link if you are new to my fans circle. From her first vintage 2013 to current available vintage 2018, in five years her wine is much sought after. The giant of wine Jancis Robinson rated her first vintage 17/20 which is very encouraging to a young wine maker. I reckon that her mentors: Lafon, Chanson and Andre Corton must be very proud of her.
Now she has a nick name of Dae Jang Geum. Her persistence and determination is comparable to this legendary fictional lady.
