Champagne Marcel Moineaux Brut Reserve NV Grand Cru 馬塞爾特級干香檳陳釀

Henri Moineaux founded the estate and then passed it on to his son Marcel, who began bottling their own production in 1942. Marcel’s three daughters then took control, and now work alongside their children Thibault and Olivia – the fourth generation in charge. Holdings are 100% Chardonnay, 100% Grand Cru from the family estate in the village of Chouilly in the Côte des Blancs – the home of the best Chardonnay in Champagne. Production is miniscule, less than 4,000 cases total per year. The wines spend a minimum of 4 years on the lees, for extra richness and depth of flavor.

亨利．瑪瑙自創辦了酒莊並傳給兒子馬賽爾。1942件開始以家族名義釀製及灌瓶，馬塞爾的三個女兒繼承父業。到了第四代，天寶和奧利花掌管業務。他們家只種植莎當妮，也是當地馳名的貴族葡萄，100%葡萄都是來自白丘區的特等產區：舒宜，也是最佳莎當妮的家鄉，每年產量只有4000箱。連酒帶渣浸釀時間長達4年，品質特別豐厚、耐人尋味。

This Champagne is yellow-gold in colour, the “perlage” (bubble quality) is very light and fine - rich and dense aromas of toasty flavour – nicely matured.
