七月艶陽天,與酒經月刊攜手合作,舉辦了四個品茗品酒活動,在銅鑼灣京士頓街進行。

其中小農香檳導賞班,會配以南丫漁村專程運出來的生猛海鮮。淥淇垂直品鑑,由星級隱世大廚Issa Yu精心泡製七款美食配襯。茶藝工作坊,會配以譽滿全城的福和雍點心。

瀕臨絕種的淥淇葡萄教你如何喝天氣

A varietal once closed to extinction saved by a young priest. Such varietal is believed to be the mutation of Pinot Noir in Piemonte. It consists all merits of Piemonte reds but do not need to wait for half a century to be matured naturally. All vintages to be tasted are rated 3 glasses of Tri Bichieri and 99 full scores under Luca Maroni.Food pairing by talented hermit chef Issa. Through this vertical tasting , participant may experience the versatility of this beautiful grape and learn how to tell the weather that reflects in the glass.

小農香檳戶自耕自釀,酒廠就在葡萄園旁,酒莊自然可以悉心深耕細作,也可以掌握完美的收成工序和釀製過程;并可以原汁原味體現風土原貌。酒體、內涵都是純天然,反映大地母親的恩典!

Guided Tasting of Chinese Fine and Rare Black Tea
稀有中國名紅導賞

Guided tasting of artisan black tea from3 different terroir. Comparison of terrace tea tree and ancient arbor tea tree.Paired with Dim Sum from the House of Orient. The highlight is the 1500 Years Single Ancient Arbor Black Tea made with modern innovative technique that offer new sensation to drinkers.

中國紅茶征服了無數海外飲家;英國人和日本人對我國紅茶簡直是趨之若鶩。然而酷愛品茗的廣東人卻鍾情於藍茶和黑茶。 

紅茶的好處數之不盡;抗氧化、預防心血管疾病、解毒。主治頭痛丶多睡,思維不清丶心煩口渴、食積痰滯,痢疾丶小便不利等功效。 可以提神益思、消除疲勞,具有幫助腸胃消化、促進食慾、利尿、消除水腫等好處。紅茶的單寧酸特別高,所以降膽固醇和血糖的功效卓著。台灣國立研究中心研究結果表示紅茶對膀胱癌丶肺癌、攝護腺癌有極積極嘅影響。 

透過品鑒三個不同主要產地,學習如果欣賞台地茶和古樹茶,同時欣賞陳年老樹及新茶的滋味。珍稀的一千五百年古樹單株滇紅,年產只有20公斤;採用嶄新工藝製作,教人驚喜!同埸配以名店福和雍的精美點心。

    藏品普洱深度飲

    Guided tasting of extremely rare and fine Puer Dark Tea.Distiguish raw tea and cooked tea. Experience the evolution of changes of tea of different ages. Comparison of Terrace Tea and Ancient Arbor Tea. All tea are stored in antique Purple Clay container in a optimum state. For collectors who would like to invest on Puer, this is an essential class to learn how to distinguish authenticity and quality.The highlight is the two 3200 Ancient Arbor vintages. Both are directly send from producer to HK . The pureness and cleaniness are invincible. Tastign will be paired with Dim Sum from the House of the Orient.

    普洱茶被譽為能夠喝的活古董;既是健康飲品,也是投資工具。香港飲家祟尚遠年老茶或熟茶,因為不會削胃。好些虛寒體質人仕要喝陳上三丶四十年的青餅方能領會其王道的茶氣和活血養胃功效。殊不知上千年的古樹生茶,即使嫩齡也有遠年老茶的功效:不削胃也不令人過度興奮。 

    四川丶雲南和印度曾經爭取誰是茶樹的發源地,瀾滄鳳慶的三千二百年古樹,經世界各地的專家驗證為已知的最老古茶樹,成為茶樹之祖。 

    然而人人追捧大理丶思茅和西雙板納的黑茶時,與緬甸接壤的保山市依然竪立著鮮為人知的古茶樹,未經認証。對茶迷來説是至寶。未經炒作的古樹茶,價錢可親!

    是次導賞的六款茶,都是儲存在古董紫砂缸中。狀態登峯造極。三千年古樹是直接從雲南茶莊直接運往本港,清新純淨。有意投資普洱的茶迷不能錯失這個學習辨別真偽和優劣的機會。同場配以米芝蓮推薦的福和雍茶館的精緻點心。
