繼朱門宴後，留家廚房與天娜酒窖再度攜手呈獻全雞宴。幾近失傳的江南百花雞，柴爐花雕雞，配以酒壇巨擘珍西絲.羅賓遜高度表揚的高達美酒莊佳釀。三月二十五日晚上七時， 約會您在留家廚房共享雞年全雞宴。

After the Piggy Feast , Kin’s Kitchen and Tina Cellar cordially present the Chicken Feast. We shall feature dishes that are almost extinct such as Jiang Nan Floral Chicken and Roasted Hua Diao Chicken pairing with Mee Godard’s artisan wine which is highly recommended by wine guru Jancis Robinson.
