秋風起 臘味肥

又開始吹東北風，早晚也添了幾分涼意，正是品嚐臘味的季節。廣受大家喜愛的譚師傅臘味，將於2026年9月15日上市。今年價錢不變。譚師傅臘味堅持天然生曬，不含防腐劑，只在北風起時製作，保持新鮮風味。中秋送禮若不想再送甜膩膩的月餅，不妨考慮送臘味，實用又有節日氣氛。

逢星期二下午5時截單，同一星期五下午2:30後可到上環德輔道中199號無限極廣場12樓取貨，亦可由我們代為安排順豐到付。訂單滿HK$3,000可享免費送貨。

Autumn Breeze for Nice Cured Meat

Master Tam's Family Cured Meat is here again and will be available from 15 September 2026. Prices remain unchanged this year. Master Tam prepares his cured meat only when the northerly winds arrive. It is naturally air-dried and made without preservatives to retain its fresh flavour. If you would prefer a Mid-Autumn gift other than sweet mooncakes, cured meat is a thoughtful and practical choice.

Orders close every Tuesday at 5:00 pm. Collection is available after 2:30 pm on the same Friday at our office on 12/F, Infinitus Plaza, 199 Des Voeux Road Central, Sheung Wan. We can also arrange SF Express delivery on a freight-collect basis. Free delivery is available for orders of HK$3,000 or above.
