Belle Epoque of My Rose
It is the most ideal time for outing between the late spring and the early summer. No matter you do BBQ at your balcony, or you go sailing, I think the most appropriate wine will be a bottle of Rose.
The Rose Tavel of the Domaine Des Carabiniers is made with Saignee method. It is super healing just when you look at the vibrant ruby pink colour. You can smell the strong strawberry and raspberry once you open the bottle. The concentrated but very pleasant character makes it good for both red and white meat. Blended with 4 different varietals of average vine age over 50 years old, this is a value for money bottle.
Most probably your cellar has got much space after the Easter Holidays. It is time for replenishment. The vintage 2017,2018and 2019 of the Domaines des Carabiniers Rose Tavel were very popular. The 2020 was released last autumn. It was a bit too young. Now it is nearly 3 years old and begins to bloom. The producer adopts biodynamic approach using indigenous yeast, the aromas last long and you may enjoy it for a whole day. Just in case you cannot finish the whole bottle at a time, seal it with the original cork, The aromas will last for a week or two. Cellar potential is up to 7 to 10 years.
