枇杷果的故事

先慈最愛枇杷果。

這種潮濕的天氣，最易惹得百日咳。大自然很神奇，一物治一物，這個時候老天爺送我們枇杷果。

亦師亦友的衞警司，是餐飲界的傳奇。視我如親妹。據他說CID也喜歡枇杷果，他們會在官涌街市有枇杷果出售的小販果攤埋伏，等侯捕獵㽼君子，獲取需要的綫報。可想而知枇杷果止咳化痰功效有多厲害！

謝謝枇杷果的啟發，決意安排普洱新星宴。

當冰𡷊老寨普洱炒作到天價時，小戶寨和董過磨烈應運而生。 小戶寨一度被無良茶商冒充冰𡷊，它有霸歪的黃豆香，鮮味更為特出。磨烈是人生必須要嚐－次的極品；它的鈴蘭香使我差點以為是嬌蘭的香水；掛杯香味久久不散。不知道磨烈製茶的歷史和樹齡，但從水質上判斷，我敢說是接近一千年。茶氣比班章澎湃霸道，但不像班章那般粗礦。與老寨相比，老寨荷香洋溢帶一絲薄荷，磨烈蘭香撲鼻而有些微冬青。老寨的甜像冰糖，那麼小戶寨和磨烈的甜該用焦糖來形容。

與其在蘇富比以百萬計投不知來路的號級茶，還不如買極品新茶自己慢慢陳，享受之餘等升值。

這關枇杷果什麼事？因為品茶宴中有一道三千年古樹茶湯燉枇杷花膠鷓鴣湯。

The Story of Loquat Fruit

My late mother loved loquat fruit the most.

This recent humid weather is the most likely to provoke whooping cough. Mother Nature is amazing, every devil has its natural enemy, at this time God gave us loquat fruit.

“ Inspector Perry”, who is both a mentor and a friend , is a legend in the hospitality industry. He treats me like a sister. According to him, CID also likes loquat fruit. They will lie in ambush at the hawker stalls selling loquats in the Kwun Chung Market in Jordon, waiting to hunt down the drug addicts and get the necessary information. One can imagine how effective loquat fruit is in relieving cough and reducing phlegm!

Thanks to Loquat for the inspiration, I decided to arrange a Pu'er New Star Lunch.

When the price of Pu'er in Bingdao Laozhai reached sky-high prices, Xiaohuzhai and Dong Guo Molie came into being. Xiaohuzhai - It was once pretended to be Bingdao by unscrupulous tea merchants. It has a strong soybean aroma and a more outstanding umami taste. Molie is the ultimate tea that must be tasted once in a lifetime. Its lily-of-the-valley fragrance makes me almost think it is Guerlain's perfume; the fragrance of “Tea Leg” lasts for a long time. I don't know the history of Molie tea and the age of the tree, but judging from the water quality, I dare say it is close to a thousand years. The tea Qi is more aggressive than Banzhang, but not as crude as Banzhang. Compared with Laozhai, Laozhai has a lotus fragrance with a hint of mint. Molie has a strong orchid fragrance with a touch of Ivy. If Laozhai’s sweetness is described as rock sugar; then the sweetness of Xiaohuzhai and Molie should be described as caramel.

Instead of spending millions of dollars at Sotheby's for high-grade “ Hao Level” teas of unknown origin, it is better to buy top-quality new teas and age them slowly, enjoying them and waiting for their appreciation.

What's the matter with loquat fruit? Because in the tea feast, there is a 3,000-year-old tree tea soup stewed with loquat , fish maw and partridge soup.
