The One 給人的印象。是年青一輩喜歡逛的商場。殊不知在L3有一間令人眼前一亮的餐廳，叫做Stella。這餐廳是結合日本意大利菜新派餐廳。別以為是那種實驗式、鬧著玩的花俏玩意；年紀輕輕的廚師Manson，竟然功力深厚。每一道菜都可以品嚐出他的心血。試過了她的廚師推介，忍不住一個星期去兩次。除了出品精良之外，這間餐廳的設計也十分幽雅舒適。她的露天平臺部份，有6個透明小帳篷，可以煲煙、可以播放自己的音樂。十分浪漫。
他們的食材既多樣化又新鮮，用來配合百搭的淥淇最理想不過。廚師菜單正好挑戰淥淇的可塑性。

Discovering New Horizon of Wine and Dine
The impression of The One makes a shopping mall that the younger generation likes to visit. Little did they know that there is an eye-catching restaurant in L3 called Stella. This restaurant is Cuisine Novo restaurant that combines Japanese and Italian cuisine. Don't think it's some experimental, noisy gadget; the young chef Manson is actually very capable. You can taste his passion in every dish. I tried her Chef’s menu and couldn't resist going twice a week. In addition to excellent food, the design of this restaurant is also very elegant and comfortable. There are 6 small transparent tents on her outdoor terrace, where you can smoke and play your own music. It’s very romantic

On Sunday, November 19th this year, Stella and Tina Cellar sincerely present: Montalbera Night. 9 courses to accompany the new vintages of 7 wines from the Piemonte producer Montalbera. Moreover, a representative of the winery has flown over from Italy to give you a guided tour, and you will also have the chance to win a 5 litre bottle of large formet red wine.
