有花 有俠 有傳奇
很多酒迷都一致公認：追求終極完美葡萄 ，都會指向黑品諾。尤其是法國勃根地區的黑品諾。但是看著那白金升降機般的價格，不斷衝向外太空。一瓶體面的勃根地紅酒，動輒上萬。故此很多酒迷們都輕嘆：神女有價、襄王無錢。
殊不知黑品諾原來有一個失散多年的美麗表妹，一直蟄伏在義大利。直到她遇到了癡心的情僧才重出江湖。
美麗的小表妹名叫淥淇。曾經因為被排斥在DOCG法定葡萄以外，差點兒絕種。莊園主馬龍度老先生不忍這個花香洋溢的葡萄品種在地球上消失，便保留了一塊田專門培植。一位牧師偶然喝到這酒，驚為天人。他向馬老取經，潛心研究這葡萄，孕育出純正的品種。40多年後淥淇憑著她優秀的品質，獲獎無數，使得當局在2010年特別頒發了DOCG的認證給這葡萄的產地蒙弗娃度。淥淇蒙弗娃度葡萄酒被聯合國列入非物質文明遺產。
有專家指，淥淇和黑品諾的基因十分相似，極有可能是黑品諾在皮埃蒙特的變種。她有很多黑品諾的特性，苗條的身段、花香明顯、配任何美食都十分百搭。她也有皮埃蒙特的風土，玫瑰、紫羅蘭、槐花、薰衣草、山竹、蓮慕、覆盤子、白胡椒、薑黃、豆蔻。酒王巴羅洛巴有的優點她也有、除了酒體不像巴羅洛豐滿之外。最可愛的是既可以嫩齡享受、也何以耐陳。
十來年前淥淇.蒙弗娃度整個產區只有38頃，產量才5萬多瓶。發現了這葡萄的潛力後，很多該區以外的莊園都投產。種植淥淇葡萄園的面積有130頃，年產七十多萬瓶。足見行家對這葡萄有多大的信心！

Many wine fans unanimously agree that when pursuing the ultimate perfect grape, they will point to Pinot Noir. Especially Pinot Noir from the Burgundy region of France. But looking at the sky rocketing price, it keeps rushing towards outer space. A bottle of decent Burgundy red wine can easily cost tens of thousands. Therefore, many wine fans sigh: The goddess has a price, but King Xiang has no money.
Little did one know that Pinot Noir had a beautiful cousin who had been lost for many years and had been dormant in Italy. It wasn't until she met the infatuated love monk that she returned to the world.
The beautiful little cousin’s name is Ruche. It was once excluded from DOCG legitimate Piemonte grapes and almost became extinct. The owner of the vineyard, Mr. Morondo, couldn't bear the disappearance of this floral grape variety from the earth, so he reserved a field for cultivation. A parson accidentally drank this wine and was shocked. He learned from Morondo, devoted himself to studying the grape, and bred a pure variety. More than 40 years later, Ruche has won numerous awards for her excellent quality. In 2010, the authorities issued a DOCG certification to Castagnole Monferrato, the place where this grape was produced. Ruche de Castagnole Monferrato wine has been listed as an intangible cultural heritage by the United Nations.
Some experts pointed out that the genes of Ruche and Pinot Noir are very similar, and they are most likely a mutation of Pinot Noir in Piedmont. It has many characteristics of Pinot Noir, with a slender figure, obvious floral aroma, and is very versatile with any food. She also has the terroir of Piedmont: Rose, violet, locust, lavender, mangosteen, wax apple, raspberry, white pepper, turmeric, cardamom. She also has the advantages of the king of wine, Barolo, except that the wine is not so full-bodied as Barolo. The cutest thing is that it can be enjoyed at a young age and also lasts a long time.
Ten years ago, the entire production area of Ruche de Castagnole Monferrato only had 38 hectares, and the output was only over 50,000 bottles. After discovering the grape's potential, many estates outside the region put it into production. The Ruche vineyard covers an area of 130 hectares, with an annual output of more than 700,000 bottles. This shows how much confidence experts have in these grapes!
