白茶不炒不揉，保留天然風味與豐富抗氧化成分，有助抵禦自由基、減緩肌膚氧化並維持明亮光澤，因此常被譽為「美白養顏之茶」。

白茶素有「一年茶、三年藥、七年寶」之說。隨歲月陳化，滋味由清鮮轉為醇厚，逐漸呈現棗香、藥香與溫潤陳韻。福建是白茶的傳統故鄉，近年雲南亦以大葉種製作白茶，展現濃郁花果香與山野氣息。

這次茶宴精選福鼎七窨寶珠香片2016、政和牡丹2016、大理雪山古樹白茶2026及四川蒙頂碧潭飄雪，讓大家細味不同產區、工藝與年份的茶香變化。

Three Years a Remedy, Seven Years a Treasure — White Tea, Queen of Antioxidants

White tea is neither pan-fired nor heavily rolled, allowing it to retain its natural character and antioxidants. These may help protect the skin from free-radical damage and maintain a brighter-looking complexion, earning white tea its reputation as a “beauty tea.”

A traditional saying describes aged white tea as “one-year tea, three-year medicine, seven-year treasure.” As it matures, its fresh character becomes mellower, developing notes of dried dates, herbs and gentle sweetness. Fujian is its traditional home, while Yunnan large-leaf white tea offers richer floral, fruity and mountain aromas.

This banquet features Fu Ding 7 Layers Scented Jasmine 2016, Fujian Zhenghe Peony 2016, Da Li Snowy Mountain Ancient Arbor White Tea 2026 and Sichuan Mengding Bitan Piaoxue, revealing how origin, craftsmanship and age shape each cup.
