2025古樹茶開箱
2025年開局是一波接一波的驚濤駭浪。暮春初夏春茶上市， 看來老天爺憐憫我們弱小的心，剛好賜給我們一杯壓驚茶。
又是我們茶友們相聚的時刻了，老地方康得思酒店明閣行政總署李日發師傅為我們準備了精緻的點心。
今年的冰島南逼比去年更加深邃，適宜略陳。地界卻很飆青，鮮味和冰糖韻貫徹始終，就是嫌茶氣稍薄，卻不用等。
物以類聚，這位茶園的老闆跟我一樣cult，用西雙版納的二百年古樹做了一手白茶，牡丹香之外，還帶有一股太妃糖的味道。
開場和壓軸的紅茶，是冰火二重奏：一冷一熱的泡藝，叫人驚艶！
然而最壓場的，要算是冰島老寨的200年古樹紅茶。要知道老寨黑茶的市價做黑茶到我手上都要賣25,000至三萬元一市斤。莊家主要竟然自貶身價做紅茶，為的是那個叫人神魂顛倒的絲滑、 醇厚和沁人心肺的玫瑰香。這是百年一遇的好茶。世存只有一公斤。
今次茶敘的目的，志在分享不計成本。座位有限先到先得。
2025 Ancient Arbor Tea Unboxing

It's time for our tea fans to get together again. Master Li Yuet Fatt, the Executive Chef of Ming Court, Cordis Hotel, prepared exquisite Dim Sum for us.
This year's Bingdao Nambi is deeper than last year, suitable for a little aging. The Boundary is very green, and the freshness and rock sugar rhyme are consistent throughout. I just think the tea “Qi” a little thin, but I don't have to wait.
Birds of a feather flock together. The owner of this tea house is as cult as me. He uses the 200-year-old ancient Arbor in Xishuangbanna to make a white tea. In addition to the peony fragrance, it also has a taste of toffee.
The opening and finale black tea is a duet of ice and fire: one cold and one hot brewing art, which is amazing!
However, the most impressive item is the 200-year-old Ancient Arbor black tea from Bingdao Laozhai. You should know that the market price of Laozhai black tea is 25,000 to 30,000 yuan per kilogram. The producer actually devalued himself to make black tea for the silky, mellow and refreshing rose fragrance. This is a good tea that only comes once in a century. There is only one kilogram left in the world.
The purpose of this tea party is to share regardless of the cost. Seats are limited and first come first served.
