酒友們可能很習慣葡萄酒的水平品鑑；即是同一個年份不同產地的酒羅列一起品嚐。但茶的水平品鑑則鮮有聞之。也許是茶友們都很忠心，愛上一款茶，很少會變心，不怎麼會和其他產區的茶。也許是很少人像我如此花心癡狂，只要是好茶，都要珍藏一些。

Fine and Rare Chinese Tea Horizontal Tasting
Wine lovers may be accustomed to horizontal wine tasting; that is, wines from different origins of the same vintage are tasted together. But the horizontal tasting of tea is rarely heard of. Maybe it is because tea lovers are very loyal. If they fall in love with a tea, they rarely change their minds, and they don’t like teas from other producing areas. Maybe there are very few people who are as obsessed with tea as I am. As long as it is good tea, I should treasure it.
