厚若凝脂潤如玉
一腔鈴蘭肖蜜飴
踏入千禧，古樹新茶風悄悄地刮起。興許是台灣的經濟特飛猛進，80至90年代間，華人地區的號級茶和印級老茶，都給臺客大舉收購。老茶痴如我，也被逼移請別戀去找愛的替身。
一般男兒郎體質可以承受新茶，普洱生茶陳上七年都十分滋味。虛寒的女生如我，非得四十年的老茶不可，市面上老茶已是天價，乞兒身皇帝嘴的我，死死氣氣學我的老祖宗神農氏嚐百茶，另覓新歡。
先定義何謂古樹？樹齡一百年以上不到三百年稱為老樹，民間也會叫高樹。樹齡三百年以上的才可以稱古樹。官方正式宣告的最老古樹在雲南鳳慶，樹齡三千二百年。
班樟古樹先拔頭籌，深受茶迷愛戴。從二千年代初三百多人民幣一斤飛升到近萬。二千年代中葉，更興起“圈樹運動“，新貴們數以十萬計一年，包養一株古樹十年八載的所得權，比比皆是。這風吹到香港，有些渣男捉狹稱：包一棵樹比包一個小三划算，起碼可以跟朋友分享。無語！
接著冰島成為了權貴新寵， 冰島五寨，除了要面臨圈樹的命運，甚至遭到圈地的厄運；以致五寨的古樹茶，動輒要十數萬一公斤。
貴不是問題，總有茶痴賣當借也得喝呀！君不見雪茄圈中有蘇曼殊拔掉金牙買雪茄。遺憾的是過度生產與收成，導致品質下降，而且傷害土壤。
當冰島給蹂躪以後，茶痴們四處尋找純真天然的佳品。也不知是喜是愁，最近發掘到冰島以西南，勐庫的西半山，董過村的磨烈區也出產仙氣逼人的古樹普洱。其香比冰島沉實、冰糖韻更像焦糖太妃糖、水質渾圓厚滑、鈴蘭香更為凸顯、簡直像嬌蘭香水的谷中百合；青樟和沉香點到即止，茶氣恢弘滂薄、泱泱大度；餘韻直達胸腔，歷久彌新。
磨烈不便宜，但相比於班樟和冰島，性價比奇高。莫論她的個性魅力也各領風騷。拿金庸小說中的人物來比擬，班樟像趙敏、冰島像小昭、磨烈像王語嫣。
想一親芳澤嗎？代價很接地氣。
Voluptuous Body with the Aroma of Lily of Velley
Stepping into the millennium, young teas of ancient arbor are quietly blowing up. I guess that Taiwan's rapid economic growth accounts for such trend. From the 1980s to the 1990s, Taiwanese tea connoisseur bought up “Time – Honoured Level” tea and “ Stamp Level “ old tea from Chinese regions. Tea maniacs like me, and were forced to forget the old flame and find a love substitute.
Generally, the physique of a man can withstand new tea, and raw Pu-erh tea will taste very good after seven years of aging. Girls who are weak and fragile like me, must take old tea with 40 years or more of ageing. The price of old tea on the market is already sky-high. I am poor as a beggar but picky as a queen. I am desperate to imitate my ancestor Shennong to taste hundreds of teas, and find a new love. .
First, let’s define what is an ancient arbor? A tree that is more than one hundred years old and less than three hundred years old is called an old tree, and it is also called a tall tree colloquially. Only trees over 300 years old can be regarded as ancient arbor. The oldest officially announced ancient arbor is in Fengqing, Yunnan Province, and it is 3,200 years old.
Ban Zhang ancient arbor is the first and is loved by tea fans. Price went up from more than 300 RMB per catty in 2000 to nearly 10,000 later. In the middle of the 2000s, the "Tree Circling Movement" began. New Money paid hundreds of thousand a year to buy exclusive right for the harvest of particular ancient arbor for decades. When this trend blows to Hong Kong, some scumbags say: it is more cost-effective to charter a tree than to keep a mistress, at least you can share it with your friends. Speechless!
Then Bingdao became the new pet of the rich and powerful. The 5 Grand Crus of Bingdao have to face the destiny of being “ Circled” . Not only the trees are chartered , plantations of the 5 Crus even suffered the fate of being occupied and producers relocated; as a result, the ancient arbor tea of the 5 Crus at every turn costs tens of thousands per kilograms.
Expensive is not an issue, there are always tea maniac selling , pawning and borrowing to drink! Like the famous cigar maniac monk who sold his gold teeth to trade for cigar. It is so sad that overproduction and harvesting, resulting in descending quality and damage to the soil.
When Bingdao was ravaged, tea lovers looked everywhere for pure and natural products. I don’t know whether it’s joy or sorrow, but discovered in the southwest of Bingdao, in the west half of Mengku, and in the Molie area of Dongguo village, there are also ancient Pu’er arbors with divine quality. Its fragrance is more concentrated than that of Bingdao, the rock sugar note is more like caramel and toffee, the juice quality is round and smooth, and the fragrance of lily of the valley is more prominent, just like the fragrance of Guerlain perfume; with a perfect touch of green camphor and agarwood , and structure of the tea is magnificent , and magnanimous; the aftertaste lingers in the chest.
Molie is not cheap, but compared to Banchang and Bingdao, it is more valued for money. Not to mention her Charisma is also unique. Comparing the Hollywood stars , Ban Zhang is like Sophia Loren, Bingdao is like Catherine Deneuve, and Mo Lie is like Audrey Hepburn.
