提起雲南曼峨，茶友們首先想到的往往是普洱茶。近年隨著白茶日漸受到追捧，當地茶農亦開始嘗試製作白茶。這款2026年曼峨古樹胭脂白茶，便是其中令人驚喜的新嘗試。

胭脂白茶最吸引我的，是那顯著的青蘋果香與水蜜桃香，還帶著白茶清雅的牡丹花香。茶湯酸度鮮明，清爽解膩，馬上讓我聯想到Riesling白葡萄酒！兩者同樣果香突出，酸度活潑，實在有異曲同工之妙。

胭脂白茶冷泡熱泡兩相宜。熱泡細賞茶香，冷泡則格外清爽。秋高氣爽，最宜遠足，不妨冷泡一瓶隨身，沿途享受天然果香，總比那些有添加成分、盧覓雪口中的「茶味水」來得更有意思！

說到收藏價值，不禁讓我想起福建名茶政和牡丹。當年誰能料到，部分珍藏多年的政和牡丹，身價竟變得如此可觀？如今胭脂白茶才剛興起一兩年，大家對它的收藏潛力仍未完全認識。趁著現在價格還算親民，不妨買些來品嚐，再留些好好收藏，看看歲月能為它帶來甚麼驚喜。

Mention Man E in Yunnan, and most tea lovers will immediately think of Pu-erh tea. But with the growing popularity of white tea, local producers have also begun exploring this style. Our 2026 Man E Blush White Tea is one delightful discovery.

What impressed me most were its distinct green apple and peach aromas, accompanied by delicate peony floral notes. The tea has lively acidity and a wonderfully refreshing finish. It immediately reminded me of Riesling white wine! Both share bright fruit aromas and vibrant acidity — a surprisingly lovely resemblance.

This tea is equally enjoyable hot or cold. Hot brewing brings out its delicate fragrance, while cold brewing makes it especially refreshing. With the pleasant autumn weather, why not bring a bottle of homemade cold-brewed Blush White Tea on your next hike? It is certainly more enjoyable than those bottled “tea-flavoured drinks” with added ingredients!

Speaking of collecting tea, I cannot help thinking of the famous Zhenghe White Peony from Fujian. Who could have imagined that some well-preserved examples would become so valuable years later? Blush White Tea has only recently begun attracting attention, and its collecting potential is still largely unexplored. While prices remain approachable, why not enjoy some now and keep some for the years ahead? It will be interesting to see what surprises time may bring.
